Quay West Lobby

Introducing the Quay West Lobby project, a luxurious redesign set to elevate the space to new heights of elegance and sophistication. Situated in the heart of Auckland, this high traffic lobby has been re-imagined to provide a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and guests.

The design focused on utilising the existing materials such as the plush carpet, marble floors and rich timber walls, enhancing them with bespoke furniture and lighting pieces, fashioned to form various distinct spaces including the reception area, a work-space, conversational corner, and a lounge area.

Every detail has been carefully curated to evoke a sense of warmth and sophistication. Noteworthy features in the Quay West Lobby include the grand entrance table by Angelo Cappellini of Italy, the deep buttoned Memory ottoman and Wilson armchairs by Marac of Italy, and the exquisite marble side tables by Giulio Marelli of Italy. Holding court in the front window is the stunning green quilted velvet curved sofa custom designed by Sarsfield Brooke, along with complementary ottomans while further back the circular velvet sofa in rich burnt orange seems to be a favourite spot for those in waiting. Illuminating the space are the Jube pendant lights, wall lights, and table lamps by Vistosi of Italy, adding an extra touch of sophistication. The Firenze bar leaner custom designed by Sarsfield Brooke and made in Central Otago is complemented by Wrap barstools from Midj of Italy, adding a modern flair to the setting.

Additionally, the project included a revamp of the elevator interiors, bringing a cohesive and harmonious design element throughout.

The Quay West Auckland project was completed in 2024, marking a new era of luxury and design in this mixed-use space.
