With interesting spaces, light and layers in abundance, this remarkable home was a dream project for the Sarsfield Brooke team. Purchased and fully furnished while the owners were living offshore, the residence was transformed into a warm, inviting family retreat - one that balances artful luxury with effortless day-to-day comfort.

Every piece of art, lighting and furniture was hand-selected, curated and supplied by Sarsfield Brooke using our finest Italian craftspeople. The result is a home where form meets function at every turn: sculptural chairs anchoring conversation spaces, statement lighting installations cascading through voids, and textured cabinetry and tabletops adding depth to sun-filled rooms.

This architectural masterpiece carries the atmosphere of a private gallery, yet every space is genuinely liveable. It’s a home designed for lingering mornings, lively gatherings, and quiet moments of solitude. Sweeping views frame each room, revealed slowly as your eye moves past the extraordinary furnishings and custom detailing.

Our in-house design team worked closely with the owners to develop a fully resolved interior vision before a single piece was ordered. Using computer-aided design (CAD) and detailed spatial planning, we were able to model furniture layouts, scale proportions, and explore finishes with precision, giving the clients full confidence in every decision while they were overseas.
