Javier Torres is a Spanish with roots in Abstract Expressionism- using the method of automatism to allow for his stream of consciousness to be laid out on wood). Torres exclusively uses a spatula to apply acrylic paint onto wood, which allows for his exploration into abstraction and geometry. Torres is an artist who has works in private collections worldwide, and has won prizes for his works.
