Which living person do you most admire?
My Father. I wish I knew him better earlier. Life’s short.

What is your greatest extravagance?
Travelling.

Where is next on the list once planes start flying again?
Europe - I’ve lived there, visited more times than any person should experience & I am connected to them in business. It’s part of me so gotta go there.

What is your most treasured possession?
My memories.

My perfect day would look like.......
Europe – a fantastic hotel, a slow breakfast in the salon, shopping all day – no hurry. Lunch while the shops are closed at a superb restaurant, then shop some more. Stop for a glass of champers, more shopping & back to the hotel for room service.... Well, you asked!

What or who is the greatest love of your life?
Creativity.

What are your 3 favourite pieces from Sarsfield Brooke?
Speedform pendant by Pininfarina, Concordia sideboard by Arte Veneziana & Bullfrogs Iwan sofa, Akito sofa & Marlene armchair. 3 is never enough.

Which 2020 Interior design trend you’re most excited about?
We aren’t big on ‘trends’. Our manufacturers are forever readying themselves for a new season, so I do get to see in advance what’s going to be at the forefront. I think I am influenced without even realising. Still, I believe in following my gut as not all trends are wise long term investments.

What would be your ultimate alternative occupation?
A casting director. I watch movies & see resemblances or mannerisms of actors & actresses. It’s very distracting.

What do you most value in your friends?
Understanding.... if we are busy we all know not to take it personally. Friendship is lifelong & weathers our changing lives.
